Hullo
I'm looking to photograph a building from a moving train with a Russian Mockba folding camera which I usually run B&W 50 ASA 120 film through. I realise that it's probably best to use a fast film but this lovely camera has no film speed dial!
Can anyone advise please?
Thank you

What does a film dial, missing or not, have to do with exposure?

For 400 ISO film, let us say, determine the exposure, set the measured f and t values manually and shoot.

I do not know if you realize, that your camera has no auto exposure, therefore get some fast film, measure the light with a lightmeter, and try to set the fastest shutter speed on the camera. You will probably set the focus to infinity anyway, so a wide aperture will likely not create a problem.
