Welp, I found out why my RD-1 needles weren't working.
The ribbon cable from the gauges that connect to the body right where the existing bends have a crack from it so the circuit doesnt connect on one side of it. (The W/B and Battery gauge sides are still working)
Anyone know how to re-solder flex ribbon cables? Lol
