Viewing your link to all of the scans, can you point out which ones in particular you are concerned with? You had asked for a low contrast scan and IMO that produces images which you still need to work on. They tend to look underexposed and murky but can brighten up signficantly in a program like LightRoom.
Only ask for low contrast scans if you are then going to put some work into them. If you want a finished product, let them do their thing.
