DUFFY: The Man Who Shot the Sixties

Duffy is probably my favorite photographer, must have been a real character but i respect his ideals and the way he changed fashion at the time but the fact that he had this artistic crisis (probably wrong wording considering he was adamant he wasn't an artist) showed a real sense of self identity.

Working with a photographer on work experience shooting a DPS for woman and home magazine the main dude taking the photos asked me who my fav tog is and when I said Duffy it turns out he knew Duffy incredibly well and saw him as a father figure. He also told me he kept most of the negatives of any value and just burned all of the outtakes mistake and rejected shots.

just an interesting story of little significance but cool anyway
