Hey gang, I'd like to get a short tele for motorcycle photography but I'd like a bit of OOF background to go with the longer perspective offered by such a lens. I've seen people photos with the 50-140/2.8, and the bokeh offered by this lens is sufficient for that purpose IMHO. Does anyone have an example of the bokeh offered by this fixed aperture zoom vs the 90/2 at a distance similar to that used when photographing a large object such as a motorcycle?

I have a 90/2 coming in a few days. Truthfully, I concern myself more with the sharpness of the subject than with any opinion about the character of the OOF areas. As an old man, some of the preoccupations of current photographers are a mystery to me. I think "bokeh" must have originated after the birth of the digital era.
