Yes...! I will shoot in broad daylight w/ fuji press 800 just for the effect of the grain additive!

I've tried adding grain in photoshop to some of my lower grain film shots, and it's a joke...

real grain can be just amazing!
 
For me, I love the Black and White film that has the grain showing. Really Fuji Neopan 1600 has just the right amount of grain for me. Like the high contrast as well.
 
I have a suggestion for those who want to experiment with especially vivid grain in a color film- Kodak's Elite Chrome 400 is truly grainy. Might be somehting to try on just the right subject matter.

GAF 500, loved that film, CT18 on acid:D
