holding on

Thanks Ben. He had a bit of a stoop, plus he was looking at the little embroidered cushions that people kneel on (you can make them out on the pews.) Obviously more interesting than his paper :)

Below the church shot is a bookie (or turf accountant) smoking a cigarette in the doorway of his premises....the holding on part is extremely tenuous

Allen and Simon, thank you. He's carrying 3 sheets of plywood and he had just come up a hill and crossed the road to the steps that Simon recognized.
