How to remove leather?

I've used their products and their site was very helpful. As they mention on their site (http://www.cameraleather.com/faq/) try as much mechanical means as possible before chemical. Then use lighter fluid or alcohol. They make three points that I've found to be important: First, stay away from solvents that quickly attack paint or rubber such as acetone. Second, never let the solvent pour directly on the camera where it can find its way into cracks and joints, it will damage the camera. Third, if you use citrus-based cleaners, you must finally clean their residue as well with a solvent such as lighter fluid (i.e. naphtha).
Good luck.
