Landed a bottle of ilfotec hc and not quite sure how to go about it as i'm normally a once shot man due to working limitations. If I do not want to make a working stock solution of 1+3 to then further dilute by 1 stock +7 water (gives 1 + 31) can I just go ahead and use the concentrate at 1 + 31 once I have an accurate means of measurement? I used to use this method with thick hc-110 concentrate and it was ok.

So, is ilfotec hc just like hc-110? That would be good as Kodak is in the process of sinking it's profitable and venerable part of the business in order to try and become a lamer version of Sony or Panasonic.
Ilford on the other hand has defined it's business as the thing it does best - black and white photography. I wish I was that good at actualizing a business model!

Never used it before to be honest and dont know anyone that has so can't say. Since I landed the bottle its worth an experiment away from my normal r09 spezial/rodinal/hc-110
