The Konica III refurbished by Greg Weber about 10 years ago now has a slugish shutter so should get a CLA. Any recommendations for someone who can do this? Unfortunately, Greg Weber is no longer doing repair work, or at least not currently.

Since only the shutter needs service, most competent repair facilities that can work on a leaf shutter should be able to fix it.

Japan Vintage Camera has a great Youtube showing how to clean the shutter on the similar IIIA Cleaning Konica IIIA shutter. It is for those with the Seiko shutter. The older Konica III has the Konirapid shutter, which is a bit different.

MW, thanks for the YouTube link, an excellent video. Mine has a Seikosha-MXL shutter. I wouldn't risk ruining the camera doing it myself, especially since variations, as mentioned in the video and the shutter I have, could be a problem for someone inexperienced in repair like myself attempting it.

I would feel the same way. Get a qualified repair person.
