My first attempt at deep infrared. These photos were taken in Portland, Oregon
with Lecia M8 and Summarit-M 35/2.5 wide open, B+W 093 filter.
Processed in SilkyPix Developer Studio 9.

Your C&C are very welcome!

I've haven't tried digital IR for many years. I'm going to try this afternoon. I like your shots thanks for posting also when I went on Flickr I could see your time, aperture, and ISO.

Portland has changed since I lived there but I went to Union Station to pick up people and to leave Portland many times.

Thank you, raydm6!

Thank you charjohncarter! Yes, Portland is growing and changing (too fast?)

Forgot to mention, these photos were taken at base ISO 160 at 1/10 sec. With this shutter speed it is still possible to shot handheld.

That reminds me years ago I ended up with a whole set of filters in 39mm for Summicron and also for Summitar (Leitz, Walz, Hoya and others) including a deep red one - I think for a Summitar. I must get it out and give it a run. I really should sell most of them as the only ones I use much these days are UV and IR cut . From memory I also have a similar set for the Elmar 50mm f3.5 (clamp fit) from the days when I owned that camera too. The camera is long gone now so it is silly to hang onto them).
