M3 reflex-viewing attachment?

Does anyone know what this attachment is on this M3? I could not find any reference to it anywhere.

Is it a right-angle viewfinder/viewer with a shutter-release on top? The lens hood is marked Elmar 5cm but it is a long lens (A visoflex lens?) So strange.

That's just a regular ol' Visoflex 1 with the mirror box turned to the side. It has a little button on it so you can flip to portrait orientation and back again while the mirror box is mounted to a tripod - or so you can use the direct viewfinder for the 200mm Telyt that was made to slot into the accessory shoe on the Visoflex, if you're so inclined.

Based on the max aperture shown on that lens, my guess is it's a 135mm Elmar in the short mount for infinity focus. Not sure why it's got the 5cm Elmar's hood, though.
