Somebody knows the value in the collectors marker for this very rare lens, in mint condition and white the original wood box (more difficult to find)

It's difficult to put a value on (Ultra) Micro Nikkors in general, these were not consumer items, they were produced for Industrial use, thus were sold in very limited numbers. The prices depends mostly on who is selling, where it's selling and who's buying at the time!

It could be worth anywhere from $500 to $5000

on a rangefinder?

That's a process lens, right? I'd like one for my 8x10 if it threw a sufficient image circle but can't see me using it on a rangefinder.
