Need some info general advice on Leica MP camera.

My dad has just inherited a 2003 leica but has no interest in phorography and he was just wanting some info about the camera and potentially valuations if possible.

We have the camera body

A 35mm summicron-m e 39 f/2
A 50mm summicron-m e 39 f/2
A 90mm tele-elmarit f2.8 leitz canada

As per the info on the front of the lens

There is also a 'remote' trigger cable

Ill need to get more photos of the lenses but as far as I can tell, lenses are working with no issues. Ive not got a battery or film to test the camera yet but all dials seem to work as intended.

I appreciate that it has been well used.
The 50mm lens seems pristine though.

Good equipment you have there. It‘s worth a fair bit, to put it mildly. You might want to check eBay “sold” auctions to get an idea of value.
