I just installed X-P2 firmware 3.11 - manual focus functionality is much improved. I usually use AF, but am a fan of zone focusing with wides. Up until this fix when you were in MF the focus distance would drift. A very useful update for me.

Thanks for the report. I downloaded the 3.11 but was too lazy to install it.
I'll install it today.
As an aside, I had not used my X-T1 for a year due to moving and other distractions. So I had ignored lens updates. When my X-Pro 2 arrived a few weeks ago I evaluated the Af and MF performance before updating the camera and lens firmware. Then I update the XPro-2 (3.10) and all my primes. I was surprised the 18/2 XF lens focus AF and MF performance improved after its firmware update.

This FW reaolves a bug introduced a couple of FW releases back whereby the focus would drift in MF mode if you half pressed the shutter but took no picture
It's good that it's fixed![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)

Now if they would just address the 14/2.8 AF focus distance display issue...
