this is posted in the Micro 4/3rds forums, guys I think he is talking about the new digital camera, not the original halfframe cameras
nevertheless, here is my beauty ;) ( if so preferred I shall delete this post once images of the digital camera are added )

Pen-F with f3.5/20

I voted for silver, then read down. I sure wish Olympus had not called their new digital camera a "Pen F". I'm a user of the original Pen F and now searches mostly show just digital stuff unless you specify "film" and even then there are a lot of digital bodies and lenses that show up.

A little disappointed there aren't more photos on here... I also wish they'd given it a different name, maybe Pen FD? But whatever. The F is my only digital camera now, and I think it's great, especially now that I appreciate the increased depth of field of m4/3 more than I once did. I mostly shoot jpegs, honestly, and though I was skeptical at first as I suspect most of you were, I use the front-mounted art filter control constantly. It's usually set to mono, and I have a bit of grain dialed in. Being able to close the screen is fantastic—it reminds me of the R-D1.

It's just a generic eBay hood! It came with a lens cap, too, marked CONTAX. I don't need a hood, really, but I absolutely despise Olympus's lens caps and wanted a push-on one.

Beautiful little camera. If I was in the market for a compact digital it would be hard to go past something like the Pen F even though I really never embraced micro four thirds with the OMD I had for while. Just the form of this little gem would suck me in! :D

The camera is beautiful and for what I have seen can produce excellent images. I carefully evaluating it. Maybe too many functions for a simple photographer like myself!
Waiting for the new Olympus 25/1,2 which should be announced at the next Photokina, than I'll decide about...

I'm surprised there hasn't been more Pen digital shots here. I came within a whiskers of getting when it launched. In the end I sold my Oly gear and went back to Fuji Xpro. The Pen doesn't load though it's dropped much in price. I'll be keen to see how the next version is, whenever that may be.

Oly priced themselves out of the market with this one.

Very cool... the film ones have always been cool, but I think Olympus has done a great job with this camera.

Yeah R-D1 also had the buttons disappear along with the screen ;)

Pen-F looks really good from the front though. I was not very happy with the art switch but now I have come to terms with it and when the price gets at some reasonable level I might even use it as much as you.

The more I use my Pen-F, the more I come to like it. Once you get it set up, and because of the Olympus menus it IS a mind-numbing task to set it up (so many options!), it's great and quick to use.

Quite a low quality phone snap, but a snap nonetheless:

I so wish that Olympus had put a shutter speed dial on the front rather than then arts dial. That would have been enough to push me off the sidelines.

Both old and new are beautiful cameras.
