I remember reading some time ago of a good starting point to good b/w photos from the Pen 7. Done a lot of reading on the camera, almost a year, it is a heavy investment for me. Bought the camera this week from Amazon but have not had a chance to use it.
Was hoping there might be someone to point me toward a starting point. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

By now you most probably have all the info you need. You may also have discovered that the front dial-button that selects B&W + funny colours etc. tends to set itself to unexpected positions when the camera is handled roughly (like coaxing it out of a narrow jacket pocket).
The remedy (apart from a drop of glue) is to store raw files. They remain unaffected.
