Just purchased one of these sodium safelights for the very low price of £10. Although I only print B&W I thought I'd go with a nice sodium light so that I could have the brightest possible darkroom. However having read a few things about them on the net I've found out the bulbs cost a huge amount to replace (in the region of £100). Does anyone have any experience with these lights and know how long they're likely to last? As i'm a bit worried now that I'll be left with a useless box in a few months if the bulb decided to give up the ghost.
