Pentax 110 70mm on m4/3

Do you mean K mount lenses? That's the one adapter I haven't gotten yet, but they are available. I have a bunch of Pentax K mount lenses. My next adventure.

My adapter arrived this morning, I cannot wait, I have a full set of Pentax 110 lenses that i bought back in 1979, (Istill have a pentax 110 Auto and a Pentax 110 super), so new life breathed into the old lenses. I will use them in conjunction with my Lumix GF2. Great thead by the way very inspiring and informative

Pan-Focus !!

Pan-Focus !!

Just resurrecting this topic- my Pan-focus lens arrived today. Initially soft results but I need to make an aperture adjustment disc so that the lens will work at infinity. WIP ... just happy to finally have all of the lenses that were manufactured for the Pentax 110 cam. Next project is to put some of my expired 110 film through the camera :)

I have the 18, 25 and 50 from my submini film days. Got the adapter on a weekend sale. Tried all the lenses. This set was shot with the 25:

I put a removable aperture to ~f5.6 on the back (black paper held in with rubber washer). Stopping the lens down helped, but the corners still suck. The same was true for the 18 and 50. Since I already have the nice and tiny Oly 17/2.8 I didn't have much use for the P18 and the Pentax 50 isn't all that much smaller than some of my LTM lenses (with built in apertures!). I like the idea of using small adapted lenses, but not at such a comprise in IQ. Too bad. The lenses are good enough on film, but since they are so close to the sensor, smearing cannot be avoided.
