so i watched a S Korean movie, 'Joint Security Area' (2000, dir Park Chan-wook) about soldiers from both side of 38p DMZ, it pretty much like
AK-47 (7.62mm) vs Colt M16 (and variant) (5.56mm)...

i watched this movie few years ago, YT recommended me again yesterday
it's a great movie..., i stationed in Kingmen Island (a Taiwan occupied island just one mile off Mainland China coast) before, i know...the Chinese PLA soldiers were just 1 mile away...
