I liked how the feel of the image changed in the transition from monochrome to color for these two. Interested to hear other folks' comments.

This is difficult...
First I like the idea of the two diptychs, we are (or I am) so used to see pictures or B&W or colure that seeing such a combination is destabilizing and we have to look more in order to understand the situation.
Personally I'm in a B&W moment but in the second (007) the color version hits me more than the B&W, probably because the yellow comes out from the black in a strong way (yellow and black are used on the sign to catch attention) . In addition there is almost an abstract idea in this shot. The B&W is more abstract, involves a dose of mystery...
In the 006 I find the monochrome version more appealing...not sure why
