I recently acquired a Topcon Besseler B reflex. It needs some cleaning and adjustment, but what I can't figure out is how to set the shutter tension. I see two screws under the base plate, which are aligned with the shutter take up spools, and so presumably set the tension on the shutter. But I don't see any locking mechanism for them. No springs, no grub screws, etc. What's going on here?

I'll get a photo if it helps.

Thanks.
