Can anyone suggest a small (really small) manual flash with variable output? My Fuji EF-X20 would be perfect but the trigger pin doesn't seem to align.

I like the Sunpak Auto 140. Not variable power, but super small and has a built-in pc plug so you can use it on cameras that dont have a hot shoe...

Hallo,

i have the Fuji Flash you mentioned, and use it regulary on my ZI, fits and works perfectly...

schöne Grüße,

Johann

That's and interesting flash. Thanks

John
On what camera will you use it? It does not have a pc synch on board, so you have to use an adapter for cameras without hot shoe. On my M4 the adapter places the Sunpack a little behind the plane of the film for, causing awkward ergonomics.
