The register distance looks to be too close to Sony's. What's the spec?

I think it looks quite Sony. If it IS E-mount (or even Sony collaboration), I'd say wait about 3s then people will be begging for a compatible FF a la A7.
A truly smart adapter would not just read the codes, it would also measure distance off the RF cam. And a brilliant one would "read" the aperture based on lens distortion compared to the lens code and focal distance.

Man that optional evf is huge..
I believe there is a GPS module built into the EVF. How's that for an interesting turn?
