Really like the dreamy look in this one. What gear?
Keith thanks. I shot in HK with a combination of a Leica M8 with Leitz or Voigtlander lenses and a Canon G11 for when I was feeling lazy and did not want to have to manually focus. This particular image was shot with the Canon.
I found it to be a good camera for more static shots of this sort (sharp, good color etc) but was not so good for street work as the AF was just too slow so I have since sold it. But for landscapes and the like............great.
The whole time I was there the conditions were a little damp with quite a bit of haze so "dreamy" was easy to get in any shots of the harbour. In fact I think I had to work hard in post processing to "pull" the background out of the haze and show up the buildings and skyline.
