Here's the remnants of a former church on Markham St in Toronto which is awaiting approval for construction of condos. Historic building demolition is a familiar occurrence in this city undergoing a record construction boom in condo construction.

Ray_g, once again, a cool photo! The church is rather original, to say the least. And in the very center of this little town. Everyone should visit the place if they're in Helsinki...

One of my favorite 'churches' is the Mission Santa Barbara in Santa Barbara, CA. I used Fuji Superia Xtra 400 and I did not Photoshop it. It just came out that way (?). This was shot with my Olympus 35RC.
