I hear/read fairly often that "it's not the camera, it's the photographer"...so let's put it to the test.
Taken with my Motorola W376g.
Full disclosure: I will be shooting this again with a film camera, likely my TLR and some 120 Ektar.

Nokia N95 8GB. 5 MP. It's interesting that this camera has less noise than my digital point and shoot.

The grocery store looks like it has a cooler of Fuji film followed by Kodak (Portra in the top row?) Maybe I'm dreaming of such a store?

just love this thread, after all it should be the idea behind the picture that counts ;)

here are two taken with my VGA-resolution mobile phone camera:

Seems that everyone loves the fridge at Yodobashi Camera. Bummer that the prices are a good deal higher than the states.

My cell phone is 2 years old (ancient by J standards) and never had a decent camera (2MP and crappy), but you just gotta love the photo-editing features. Please, someone here, post a cell-phone print-club shot. :p

Hipstamatic sure makes the camera on the phone more interesting. I love the combination of lenses and film/borders that you can play around with.

There are a few nice photo apps... I've currently got Photogene, Best Camera and CameraBag. Photogene gives the most control. It's like a little basic mini photoshop in the phone. :D

Cool thread.

If you don't carry a camera, New York will rub it in your face every day.

Here's a few of those instances, from the world's worst cell phone camera (files are 15k!)...
