Xpan compositions

I love my xpan but find it difficult sometimes to compose. Do any of you xpan users experience the same?

Seriously though, taking for granted that some subjects are less appropriate than others for the pano format I find this hurdle higher than actually composing, once I've found something that 'fits.'
 
The good old one third rule works well. Second tip: have two images in one, foreground and background are important with an XPan (or any extreme wideangle camera).
It doesn't always have to be the huge landscape (even if the Hassy is perfectly built for this).
Or, to separate from the stitched digital images: go into crowds like carneval or car exhibitions or.... The images will look great ang give the impression to be in the middle of the action.
