Well, the xpan I bought arrived today and the rangefinder is off. It will not focus to infinity or anywhere near it.
Actually, I cannot focus on a utility pole that is 200 yards away.
So, off it goes to Hasselblad in NJ.
Any idea on cost and turn around time?
Thanks,
david

Well, Hasselblad has fixed this and changed the BULB time for $151 including return shipping.

I've had my rangefinder adjusted 3 times in the last 5 years(?). It still is off slightly in the vertical. I told Hasselblad it was off in both the horizontal and vertical and the horizontal was corrected (each time), but the vertical alignment was still off. It's slightly noticeable with the 45mm, but more that slightly off with the 90mm. VERY ANNOYING!. Each time I send it, it's another $130+!. I love the camera, but I'm not at all impressed with the rangefinder, or Hasselblad service.david b said:Well, the xpan I bought arrived today and the rangefinder is off. 3-4 weeks. One time, Hasselblad returned the camera so poorly packaged (one layer of small sized bubble wrap) that the camera was damaged...dinged threads on the front of the 90mm lens...and of course, rangefinder out of adjustment.
