I bought a used CV S Skopar 50mm f/2.5 lens to be used with an Amedeo S mount to LTM adapter on my Zf. To my surprise, I cannot mount the lens on this adapter. It can be set into the adapter but not turned to lock it into position. The lens mounts and works fine on my Nikon S2 and both my W-Nikkor S mount lenses (35/2.5 and 28/3.5) mount and work fine on the Amedeo adapter. Is there any known incompatibility with this specific lens and the Amedeo adapter? I did some searching on line but could not find any answer or solution to my problem with this lens.

I have had the same problem. I saw your post in the other thread and responded to it; I understand you’re also trying to mount the Skopar on a Nikon Zf.

That was the first thread I checked and one respond was that the S Skopar 50mm wouldn’t work. However, it wasn’t clear to me if the problem is not mounting at all or not compatible with Leica RF.
