I picked 4-6. Depending on mood, and other factors I choose from these categories (shown in order of frequency of use over the last couple years):

Rangefinder- Contax iia (Kieve 4a, much less frequent)
Fujifilm XT-2
M42 (a few different cameras, Prakticas*, Fujica St605n*, Spotmatics*, Icarex 35S, * main ones)
Kodak Retina Reflex (have on camera, but multiple lenses)
Medium format- Ihagee 6x9 folder and Mamiya TLR outfit (my main cameras in the 1980s and 90s).
P&S- Konica Big Mini
Some of the subsequent posts reminded to add the iPhone, mostly for note taking or because it was the only camera I had.

6+ would have been fair also...

Glad to see someone still using a Fujica. I only have two, the 801 and the 901. The 901 I bought new about 1975 and if I were still taking photos, it or my Contax 167mt would be camera I carried. Do you have more that a 50mm for your 601? I have a 50mm f/1.4, 35mm f.3.5, 28mm f/3.5, 135mm f/3.5 , 50mm closeup, and I love them all. Sharp.

i use three to four Ms (2x M2, M4, MDa) and two compact cameras (Mju-1, Canon MC). i should use my XA more. but then i'd have to change my vote here. oh well.

Three M’s (M6, M9M, M10P), two R’s (R8, R9), two Nikons (FM2-T, FM3a), Hasselblad (Xpan), and a Polaroid (I-1).
Good grief. The thread forced me to take a tally.
The accretion of time.
Hard to pass up something you always wanted when a good deal presents itself.

I bought the Fujica 605N to use with my Zeiss 50mm f1.8 Ultron. I do have a 43-75mm f3.5-4.5 zoom which is actually pretty nice. The 605N itself came with a 50mm f2.2 (triotar type design). I bought a Fujinon 35mm f2.8 on ebay, but the guy sent me I think a 28mm f3.5! I sent it back (it was also damaged).

I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to vote and leave a comment. I am not surprised by the members regularly using six or more cameras. With the variety of film formats and sensor sizes it's easy to have a number of different bodies ready to go.
