Berlin, Avus, the 1990s: caught up in a traffic jam I ruined the car -- the car's cylinder head gaske didn't cope.

Berlin was on my map as my next long term temporary living location but I decided to try Istanbul instead.

Fuer Berlin gibt's spaeter immernoch Zeit.

It should be possible for me too to make it at a Berlin meet. I am from Oslo. From here goes this excellent ferry to Kiel (http://www.colorline.com/ships_and_sailings/kiel_-_oslo ).

I guess it takes about 4 to 5 hours to drive to Berlin from Kiel, or...?

PS My wife and have booked a to and fro trip to Kiel one of the first weekends in June. Anyone here from Kiel?

Ach was. Jetzt kann Bonn wenigstens wieder im ruhigen Dämmerzustand liegen Schade nur, dass der Wegzug der Regierung nichts an den hohen Mieten hier geändert hat.
