Finally figured out how to remove it from the camera or speedbooster! In the linked photo above I found a photo of the backside of the Converter E and saw a pin protuding at the 2 o'clock position. On the front side photo, that corresponds to the 10 o'clock position & there is a metal tab that you lift up towards the front of the lens, allowing the converter to unscrew counter clockwise. I had previously unsuccessfully tried to move the screw at the 9 o'clock position.
BTW, now that I can't link a photo for free from my photobucket account to any forum. What is the easiest free alternate photo hosting site to link to the forums?
