Most definitely would - in fact already eat the bruschetta and will try mashing on the tomato next time - thanks Roger
Dear Roger,
I was far from being conceived when the «Triffid» story was written, or the movie filmed. I had to google it!
But yes, I like garlic. But then, I live near to the Italian and to the Slovenian border, so my cuisine isn't so much different from yours

Wait, a couple of days ago I noticed something weird.
I had garlic stored a little too cold. (My entire pantry is sometimes colder than expected, but it's winter time, anyways.)
It didn't smell like garlic anymore — it smelled like old cameras!

Garlic is a big deal here in California (high Italian descent population, and easily grown). I haven't checked the price but it seems always available. As Roger knows we have a Garlic Festival is Salinas, CA.
