Last month I was in Brussels where I saw this strange intervention

The intervention
The robocops were after something. The cop hit something out of the hand of the standing man. Warned from the monitors of the surveillance camera's?
The guy has this small plastic bag in his right hand, the other guy holds a keen eye on it. Maybe some small stuff? :bang:
And then on they went. Swiftly. On their robot carts.
