Plaubel Makina 67

I rarely post here but plaubel-makinas were my bread and butter for about 5 years. This was decades ago, really before anything similar was available (like the Mamiya 6 or 7). I ran a pile of Fujichrome through mine, never had frame issue or loose rolls once I'd accustomed myself to the drill. As for maintenance. . .well, lets just say that as long as you are shooting infinity focus at f8 and up its all hunky-dory, but rangefinder registration was a weakness in all 3 of mine. I basically gave up on them around '95 because I got sick of paying camera techs to fix the rangefinders and failing (and this was in the days when the good camera technicians were still alive). Focus is fairly moot with the w67, and that's what I would go for if I was in the market currently. I've also only handled 2 Plaubels that actually had a working meter, I'm told it an easy repair but I had lots of meters. YMMV
