I've mostly been a lurker on this forum, but I thought I'd add a few photos.
I'm still so surprised that the XP-1 has become the camera people love to hate on most forum.

I've shot with lots of film and digital cameras and the XP-1 is the closest to perfect that I've been able to find yet.
Here's the very limited history of my digital camera ownership:
Canon 20D > Canon 5D > Leica M8.2 > Canon 5DmkII > XP-1.
The M8.2 ruined DSLRs for me, but the XP-1 fulfilled everything I missed when I had the M8.2. Is it perfect? Not yet, but they're getting there.

Some of those are quite nice Brody. Yeah, I surprised by the hate of the camera too, since it is my favorite camera... even more so then my M.

Great shots Brody. I am too considering getting this camera for a job I've been asked to do. May I ask you what lens you used for those pictures? They look amazing, dramatically sharp and 3D, almost MF look.

Well...... They hate it because it makes all fancy dslr's look like single use paper cams:)

The X-Pro 1 has some very loud opponents, but most of us who use it are very happy with it. I know I am.

These photos are taken in Kristiansund, a small town in north-west Norway. One of Europe's largest photography festivals, Nordic Light, is held here every year.

All taken with the 35mm f/1.4.

Hey, thanks man.
Some of them were taken with the ZM 50/1.5.
but a majority were with the 35/1.4 or the 18/2.
The Zeiss lens is amazing on the XP-1.

Waterfall....

Waterfall....

It was a bit to bright for long enough exposure. Luckily the clouds came in so I could get enough of blur as I have no ND filter and a poralizer which would dim the light at least a bit is in the mail :)
