A7 images, any lens

Nice shots!
I use my II once in a while too. I doubt I'll ever get rid of it. Too comfortable using manual lenses on it.

No, I gave away the II to a friend and just have the III now. The same holds, though, I should take it out more often. I really like that 24 - 240 Sony zoom. It covers all I really need to do 95% of the time and has great color and definition on the III.

IMG_2532.JPG This month I'm going light weight with the 40mm on the A9, 28 on the III and 24mm on the II. Grandkids are in house for the next three weeks so I have to move quickly, otherwise the 24-105 would be on one of them.

I'm going back to using more Zeiss C/Y lenses. This is with a Zeiss Planar 55mm f1.2 at f8 on a Novoflex adapter. Cropped and downsized to fit 4608

I have tended to dismiss Sony as "not a real camera" for years, probably not for any rational reason. Well, a dealer, over 20 years ago, told me not to buy a Sony unless it had a Zeiss lens because otherwise they were no good. But since I have no trouble accepting a Panasonic as a"real" camera, I can't explain why a Sony should be any less real. The pictures posted here to date are convincing me that Sony must be as real as any other! I'm seeing sharp, modern looking images with vivid color. Nice work, you guys!
