A few weeks ago, North Italy, a short walk wioth the Leica X1 !

Don't have many from my old X1 but I did like how it captured the light in this one. Pretty sure this was SOOC.

I bought it used, it came with an undisclosed dead internal battery that drove me nuts. For the very ambitious there is now a youtube on how to DIY fix that.

I have an X vario.....I really should get it out of mothballs. Nice pictures.!

Definitely get it out of the mothballs. Great lens and the jpeg engine is very nice. I think most of these are shot on the Natural Film mode with contrast and sharpness up 1 step. The Standard film mode seems to tend more to cyan skies compared to the Natural preset.
