i believe it's Tom Hank's 'Turner and Hooch', Hooch the dog Died in the movie....well there goes US$10,000,000 ticket sale😫

the ultimate dog movie for me is a Japanese movie; ' Antarctica' (1983) it also was released an English version by 20th Century Fox ( not much dialogue anyway )

it's about 15 sled dogs ( Sakhalin Huskies ) left in South Pole by a failed Japanese expedition in 1958, One year later, they went back to look for the dogs...

Takakura Ken; my favorite Japanese actor ( 'the Yellow Handkerchief', 'Riding Alone for Thousands of Miles' ) lead the Expedition team,

This movie is powerful and moving, great movie!

I present the neighborhood "Dog Tree". The place where local pups leave and pick up their messages and keep each other informed of the goings-on in the area. Predating social media by centuries, the Dog Tree is and has been a reliable source of information since its inception.
